Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every amount received through this website is a voluntary donation to PURNA RESEARCH INSTITUTE, a charitable trust. Once received, a donation is applied to the charitable and research objects of the Trust and is not returned. Please give thoughtfully and confirm the amount before completing a payment.

If you have been charged twice for the same donation, or a payment was debited in error (for example, a technical failure that resulted in a double debit), we will refund it.

• Write to us within 7 days of the transaction at purnaresearchinstitute@gmail.com, or call +91 95130 06999.
• Include the date, amount, and the name and phone number used at the time of payment.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a further cycle to reflect it.
• No fee is deducted by the Trust from a refund.

If a donation is refunded, any receipt issued for it is cancelled and the donation is withdrawn from the Trust's statutory donation statement. Such a donation cannot be claimed as a deduction under Section 80G.

You may cancel your registration for a programme at any time by writing to us, and we will release your place. The donation already offered is not returned; it continues to support the Trust's work. If you prefer, we can apply your participation to a future session of the same or a comparable programme, subject to availability.

Where the Trust cancels a programme entirely and does not offer a replacement session, participants who donated specifically for that programme may write to us within 30 days of the cancellation to request a refund of that donation. Such refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
