Donation & Delivery Policy
The Trust does not sell or ship goods. What a donor receives is a confirmation, a receipt, and — where the donation accompanies a programme — the details needed to attend it.
No goods are shipped
PURNA RESEARCH INSTITUTE offers no physical products for sale. Nothing is dispatched, couriered or delivered by post, and no shipping charge is ever levied. Everything a donor receives is delivered electronically to the email address and phone number given at the time of the donation.
What you receive, and when
- An immediate on-screen confirmation once the payment partner reports the donation as successful.
- A donation confirmation by email, normally within a few minutes and in any case within 3 working days.
- An 80G receipt bearing the Trust's registration number, issued within 3 working days of the donation being reconciled.
- Where the donation accompanies a programme: the venue address or online joining link, and session timings, sent by email ahead of the session.
If you have not received a confirmation or receipt within 3 working days, please check your spam folder and then write to purnaresearchinstitute@gmail.com.
How donations are used
Donations are applied solely to the charitable and research objects of the Trust — the conduct of study circles, meditation sessions, discourses and retreats, the upkeep of the centre at Padmanabhnagar, study materials, and the Trust's research and archival work. No part of a donation is distributed as profit.
80G eligibility
- The Trust holds 80G registration AAGTP4320GF20261, dated 28 January 2026. PAN: AAGTP4320G.
- Donations in cash above the limit prescribed by law, and donations in kind, are not eligible for deduction under Section 80G.
- To claim the deduction, please give your PAN and postal address at the time of donating; without them the donation cannot be reported in the Trust's statutory statement.
- Donations reported by the Trust appear in the donor's annual information statement filed with the Income Tax Department.
Currency and foreign contributions
Donations are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) only. The Trust does not accept foreign contributions. Donors who are not resident in India, or who wish to donate from a foreign source, are requested to write to us before making a payment.
Refunds
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, save for duplicate or erroneous transactions. Please see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
