The work
Why this matters
The first of its kind
No one in the Sanatana Dharma tradition has documented all 700 shlokas this way before: recited and explained, verse by verse, in Kannada, and kept openly available on YouTube.
In Srimaa's voice
Every verse is recited and explained by Smt. Srimaa (Sharada Sridhar), so the meaning arrives with the sound, not as scholarship alone, but as living guidance.
For everyday life
Going through these recitals helps in day-to-day living and offers a way through every challenge life brings: work, family, loss, doubt, decision.
For the young
Learning this from a young age creates a deep, lasting impact and a positive environment for everyone around the child.
In every language
Kannada first, and then translations into other regional languages, so the Gita reaches homes across Bharat and the world.
Why we ask
Recording, editing, translating and publishing 700 verses is a major undertaking, costing more than ₹50 lakh, carried entirely by contributions. We produce each episode in the highest quality and world-class standards, because this knowledge deserves to be preserved with dignity for generations.
